Unique WE Esports Medals

Look closely at the wordmark. The W is built from circuit pathways — the digital half of esports: code, broadcast, design, analysis, the work that happens on screens. The E is built from carbon fiber — the physical half: rigs, hardware, the equipment in students' hands. Around the W, a blue water splash. Around the E, an orange flame. Calm focus meeting competitive intensity. Two elements, one form — a single mark that holds the whole program together.
And the word itself: WE. Not just initials. The pronoun every team learns to use.
Around the rim, four traits earned across every role: Innovative · Collaborative · Disciplined · Resilient.
Awarded in bronze, silver, and gold to student esports contributors at participating schools — competitors, coaches, broadcasters, engineers, designers, creators, organizers, and every role that makes a program real. Sponsored by Win Elements as part of our Community Sponsorship program for California public schools.
