Create a URL to share a link to any content on the Internet, including Google Drive, OneDrive, and more.

  1. For ALL Tasks,  Go to the Course page and Switch Edit mode to ON.

  2. Navigate to the desired Section/Topic and create the URL.

  3. Click Add an activity or resource.

  4. Click on the URL under Resource

  5. Enter a Name for your Resource

  6. Copy and paste the URL link into the external URL.

  7. Enter a Description if needed.

  8. (Optional) You can add an Access restriction. In elementary school, you only need to create a restriction on one group of students. The video above shows an example of middle school and high school where there are many groups. It's easier for elementary teachers.


Note: When you give access to your class, go back to the Resource's Setting page, remove the group, click Save and return to course. (See video)

9. Scroll down to click Save and return to course.
