At Win Elements, our Giving Back Scholarship was built on purpose, not profit. Even before we made enough to hire a single employee or pay myself, I wanted to create meaningful opportunities for students to make a difference in their communities.

Unlike traditional scholarships based on GPA or essays, this program is project-driven — empowering students to lead creative initiatives through media, podcasts, videos, and community events that inspire positive change.

Students who complete their committed projects earn a set amount of funds, and together we shop online for essential materials and equipment they need for college — giving them a hands-on, rewarding experience that prepares them for their next chapter.
