Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options and estimated delivery times (these may vary depending on your location):

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Win Elements LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.

Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Please note: Safe Pouch products and Customized merchandise are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
