About Us

As a high school science teacher at a Title I school with over 2,200 students since 2011, I've served as a school leader, co-department chair, and mentor to new teachers. Through this work, I witnessed firsthand how phone distractions were undermining student engagement and learning—particularly for students who needed support most.
Traditional phone management solutions were expensive, unrepairable, and often one-size-fits-all. I knew there had to be a better way to help teachers reclaim instructional time while keeping all students engaged and safe.
That's why I co-founded Win Elements and invented the Multi-Tiered Safe Pouch—the world's only lockable phone pouch that is modular, repairable, upgradeable, and costs half the price of competitors. Along with SLEEDU.com, an Open-Source Learning Management Website, these tools empower teachers and administrators to create distraction-free learning environments where every student can succeed.
Win Elements is a mission, not just a business. I've invested over $200,000 and thousands of unpaid hours to keep Safe Pouch affordable for schools—because every dollar saved is a dollar that stays in classrooms where it belongs.
Committed to Students, Not Just Business
I'm not just selling solutions—I'm still living them. I continue to teach science full-time at my Title I high school and coach our Esports team, where I support students through mentorship, fundraising, and even purchasing equipment and snacks when needed.
This daily work keeps me grounded in the real challenges teachers and students face. It's why I'm committed to creating affordable, practical tools that actually work in real classrooms—because I use them myself every day.
