• No Data Commingling: We do not combine customer data from Safe Pouch hardware purchases with student educational records or user activity logs from Sleedu.
2. Hardware Functionality & Data Disclaimer (Patent Defense) To clarify the nature of our products in response to marketplace inquiries and to distinguish our goods from electronic locking systems:
• Non-Electronic Device: The Safe Pouch® sold on this site is a mechanical, fabric-based locking container protected by U.S. Patent No. 10,980,324 [Source 892].
