Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Win Elements LLC, we are committed to empowering educators with practical, decentralized tools. We stand behind the quality of our Safe Pouch® technology and our apparel. Please review our policy below regarding returns, repairs, and merchandise.

1. Safe Pouch® Hardware Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Pouches where the patented Emergency Access Seam has been cut, ripped, or tampered with are considered "used" and are not eligible for a refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all hardware returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory management. This fee is deducted from your refund total.

    • Note: The fee is waived if the return is due to a shipping error on our part (e.g., wrong item received).

2. Apparel & Merchandise (T-Shirts, Swag)

  • Final Sale: All customized apparel, print-on-demand t-shirts, and branded merchandise are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, style preference, or buyer’s remorse once the order has been processed.

  • Defective Apparel: If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement of the exact item at no cost to you.

3. Warranty & Repairs (Pouches Only)

  • Don't Return, Repair: If a pouch is damaged or defective, do not return it for a refund. Instead, utilize our 3-Year Free Repair Warranty, which explicitly covers intentional student damage and vandalism.

  • Sustainability: We prioritize repair over replacement to reduce waste. Because the Safe Pouch is constructed from soft, stretchable neoprene fabric, internal data shows a ~99% repair rate for returned pouches.

  • Process: Contact support to initiate a repair ticket. Warranty repairs are not subject to the restocking fee. Before sending them in: Because the Safe Pouch is washable, we require your staff to machine wash the damaged pouches with detergent on a cold cycle and machine dry them on the lowest heat setting. Doing this reduces your repair turnaround time by 14 days!

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: If you are shipping items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the package arrives safely.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Repair

To start a return or repair request, please contact us at hello@winelements.com with your Order Number and the reason for the request. Please do not ship items back to us until you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Any reference to other systems is strictly for comparative purposes to demonstrate functional differences in our decentralized protocols. The Safe Pouch system is provided "as is" without warranties of complete security. Win Elements LLC assumes no liability for damages; product effectiveness relies entirely on proper school implementation and student compliance.
