Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Win Elements LLC, we are committed to empowering educators with practical, decentralized tools. We stand behind the quality of our Safe Pouch® technology and our apparel. Please review our policy below regarding returns, repairs, and merchandise.
1. Safe Pouch® Hardware Returns
• Return Window: You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Pouches where the Emergency Access Seam has been cut or tampered with are considered "used" and are not eligible for a refund.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all hardware returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory management. This fee is deducted from your refund total.
◦ Note: The fee is waived if the return is due to a shipping error on our part (e.g., wrong item received).
2. Apparel & Merchandise (T-Shirts, Swag)
• Final Sale: All customized apparel, print-on-demand t-shirts, and branded merchandise are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, style preference, or buyer’s remorse once the order has been processed.
• Defective Apparel: If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement of the exact item at no cost to you.
3. Warranty & Repairs (Pouches Only)
• Don't Return, Repair: If a pouch is damaged or defective, do not return it for a refund. Instead, use our Free 1-Year Unlimited Repair Program
• Sustainability: We prioritize repair over replacement to reduce waste. Internal data shows ~99% of returned pouches are repairable [Source 885].
• Process: Contact support to initiate a repair ticket. Warranty repairs are not subject to the restocking fee.
4. Return Shipping
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Tracking: If shipping items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or repair request, contact us at hello@winelements.com with your Order Number and reason for the request. Do not ship items back until you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
