Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Win Elements LLC, we strive to deliver your educational tools efficiently so you can focus on creating phone-free learning environments. Please review our shipping procedures for Safe Pouch® hardware, custom orders, and warranty repairs.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Hardware (In-Stock): Orders for standard Blue/Orange Safe Pouches are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Customized & Bulk Orders: School orders requiring custom logos, specific numbering, or bulk quantities (e.g., district-wide implementation) may require additional lead time. A specific timeline will be provided in your quote [Source 886].

• Apparel & Merchandise: As noted in our Return Policy, branded apparel is often printed on demand. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping. If your order contains both Pouches and Apparel, items may ship separately.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

We utilize trusted third-party carriers to ensure the safety of your shipment.

• Carriers: We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx [Source 937].

• Delivery Time: Standard Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

3. Shipping Rates

• Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

• No Minimums: We have No Minimum Purchase Requirement, meaning you can order single replacements or small batches as needed [Source 886].

• School District Accounts: For large institutional orders, shipping costs are often included in the formal quote/invoice. Please refer to your specific Purchase Order terms.

4. Shipping for Repairs (Warranty Program)

Our Free 1-Year Unlimited Repair Program [Source 880] helps schools extend the life of their pouches.

• Inbound Shipping: The customer (School/District) is responsible for the cost of shipping damaged pouches to our repair facility.

• Outbound Shipping: Win Elements LLC will cover the cost of shipping the repaired units back to the school.

• Sustainability: We encourage schools to batch damaged pouches and ship them quarterly or by semester to reduce carbon footprint and shipping costs [Source 885].

5. Damages & Lost Shipments

• Damages: Win Elements LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Reporting: While we are not liable for carrier errors, please notify us at hello@winelements.com so we can assist you in tracking the issue or verifying shipment details.

6. International Shipping

Currently, winelements.com primarily ships to addresses within the United States. If you are an international school or entity interested in our products, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and customs information.
