Overview The Orange Admin Pouch is the designated tool for Tier 2 Behavioral Intervention. Unlike the standard Blue Pouch used for general prevention, the bright Orange color signals "Administrative Custody." It is designed for students who require escalated supervision due to policy violations. Critically, this pouch operates on a "Personnel-Based" security model, not a "Location-Based" one. It secures the device without requiring the student to be sent to a fixed location like a principal's office to regain access.
 
Key Features:
• High-Security Retention Stud: Features a reinforced 10mm Locking Stud that requires a specific High-Strength Admin Key to disengage. This distinct mechanical difference ensures that standard teacher magnets cannot unlock the Orange Pouch, preserving the chain of command 
• Mobile Administrative Authority: The unlocking authority is tied to the Administrator, not the building. The Admin Mobile Handheld Magnet is portable, allowing Deans or Vice Principals to unlock the pouch at the student's location (e.g., in a classroom, hallway, or dismissal gate) rather than forcing a "geographic" bottleneck at the main office.
• Signal-Friendly Safety Architecture: Maintains the "Signal-Friendly" engineering of the Blue Pouch. While the student is physically locked out of the device for behavioral correction, the phone remains online for medical tracking (e.g., Dexcom, localized emergency alerts), ensuring safety is never compromised for discipline.
• High-Visibility Compliance: The vibrant orange fabric serves as a visual cue for staff, instantly identifying students who are under administrative review, simplifying enforcement across the campus without verbal confrontation.
How It Works (The Intervention Protocol):
1. ISSUANCE: A student forfeits their Blue Pouch privileges and is issued an Orange Admin Pouch.
2. SECURE: The device is secured using the Align & Insert motion.
3. ADMIN RELEASE: To unlock, an authorized Administrator aligns their restricted Handheld Admin Key with the Locking Port. This can be done anywhere on campus, ensuring the intervention is managed by a person, not a place.
