The Orange Admin Pouch® is the Tier 2 Behavioral Intervention tool in the Multi-Tiered Safe Pouch® system. When a student repeatedly violates phone policy, the Orange Admin Pouch signals "Administrative Custody" with its distinctive bright-orange color — providing escalated supervision without disrupting the broader classroom culture.
The pouch uses a reinforced 10mm locking stud that is engineered to be mechanically incompatible with standard teacher magnets. This preserves a clean chain of command between Tier 1 classroom management and Tier 2 administrator authority. Unlocking is handled by Deans and Vice Principals carrying the Admin Mobile Handheld Magnet — who can resolve incidents at the student's location rather than requiring students to be escorted away from instruction.
Like every pouch in the Safe Pouch® system, the Orange Admin Pouch is signal-friendly. The student is physically locked out of their device for behavioral correction, but the phone remains reachable for medical alerts and emergency communications.
