Engineered with a higher magnetic flux density than standard teacher magnets, this high-strength tool is the only device capable of unlocking the Reinforced Retention Stud on the Orange Admin Pouch (Tier 2).
Crucially, this device is strictly handheld. It is designed to empower Principals, Deans, and Security Staff to resolve behavioral issues on the spot—whether in a hallway, cafeteria, or evacuation zone—eliminating the safety risks and bottlenecks caused by "main office" fixed unlocking stations.

How It Works (The Admin Protocol):
1. INTERVENTION: The Administrator approaches the student (or the student is brought to the Administrator).
2. POSESSION: Students keep their pouches with them.
3. RELEASE: The high-tension mechanism disengages, allowing the Administrator to retrieve or return the device.
